How fast can the site go live?
Most sites are built within 5 to 7 days of getting your trip details. Booking earlier is better — we can drop in tee times, pairings, and the format as you confirm them.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. You send me the trip details — destination, courses, players, formats — and I build the whole thing. You get a link to share with the group.
What game formats do you support?
Stableford, stroke play, match play, skins, Ryder Cup team format, Nassau, custom side bets — if your group plays it, we can build it.
Who enters the scores during the round?
Whoever you designate. Most groups have one scorer per foursome. The leaderboard updates in real time. Score editing is PIN-protected so the wrong people can't fudge the math.
How many players does it support?
Built for 8 to 24 players — the sweet spot for a competitive group trip. Bigger groups can be handled, just mention it in your inquiry.
Will the site stay up after the trip?
Yes. Your trip site lives on. Look back at scores, skins, and who owes you a rematch. Reuse it as a reference for next year.
Can I get a custom domain?
Yes. Most groups want their trip name as the URL — sawgrassshowdown.com, zpgkiawahgolftrip2026.com. Included in the $250.
